Shipping
All pieces , with the exception of one of a kind pieces, are made to order so please allow up to 7 days for the items to be shipped to you. However, if you need your item within a deadline—for birthday, event, wedding etc.—please email me at [email protected] to discuss an expedited order.

All items will ship USPS priority mail. If you would like to have insurance, confirmation delivery or expedited shipping added to your package please send me an email at [email protected] to discuss adjustments to your order.

Refunds

All TyniseNicole jewelry is made to order in my humble little apartment in Takoma Park, Silver Spring. I don't stock any products, so the pieces you choose will be made just for you, with the exception of my one of kind pieces. These are already made and will ship to you within 3-5 business days.

I guarantee the quality of your jewelry, and you may return the jewelry for repair at any time. However, some jewelry will ware in time. In most cases, I will provide this service free of charge. A charge may apply if a repair is needed due to negligence. To initiate a repair please email me [email protected]. I’ll fix your piece up good as new, and return it to you for many more years of happy wear!

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn items for exchange or store credit within 10 days of delivery. There is a $5 shipping charge for items to be exchanged.

Store credits will never expire. I am unable to accept returns for items that have been worn. Because the piece has been made for you, I’m unable to offer cash refunds.

Please return the jewelry in its original gift box, and please use a protective padded mailer or small box for shipping.

TyniseNicole…jewelry & things is not responsible for returned jewelry that is damaged or lost in transit; I strongly recommend adding a tracking number and/or insurance to your return package. Please note that return shipping costs are not refundable.

We will notify you via email once your return has been processed, normally within two business days of receipt.

Special orders are not returnable.
